Cancellation Policy – 2018/2019
Heart Reef Helicopters adheres to a strict cancellation policy. If you have any questions with regards to this cancellation policy, please feel free to contact us.
Flights cancelled with over 24 hours notice – no cancellation fee
Flights cancelled by 7:00 pm the day prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee
Flights cancelled on the day of departure – 100% cancellation fee
If passengers elect not to travel due to weather conditions but flights are still operational, 100% cancellation fee will apply
All credit card bookings will be pre-authorised 24 hours prior to departure. If your credit card is declined and we are unable to contact you, your booking will automatically be cancelled.
